Every project moves through the same five phases, in the same order, under the same crew. Open each one — this is exactly what happens, and what you’ll see while it does.
Before a single line is drawn, we walk the ground. We run feasibility — utilities, grade, setbacks, what the lot can actually carry — and we negotiate the deal itself with the build already priced in mind. Own land already? We start from what you have. Don’t? We find it with you, and we tell you plainly when a parcel can’t hold the picture you saved.
Entitlements, approvals, and inspections, filed and booked in the right order — handled for you, so you never stand in a county line. The schedule you’re shown already carries every review window we know about, and when a jurisdiction moves slowly, you hear it from us first, with the plan already adjusted.
The picture you saved becomes a measured, buildable set — structure calculated, materials named, cost carried line by line. We design to the photo, not near it. Nothing reaches the crew until you’ve signed drawings that match the picture, and the scope is fixed before the first hammer swings.
One crew — ours — start to finish. Framing, electrical, plumbing, tile, cabinetry, paint: every trade self-performed, so there are no subcontractors to chase and only one name to call. We buy materials direct, and when they come in under bid, the savings pass to you, on the record.
We don’t hand over a construction site. A professional detail clean, the punch list closed to zero, the walkthrough at your pace — and then the keys. You step into a finished room that photographs like the pin, because that was always the standard.

The manufacturer’s warranty, passed through whole — registered at handoff, proof-of-pro-install archived, and on file for you.
